Harous

Harous is a traditional paste made from sun-dried red peppers combined with garlic. Unlike Tunisian Harissa, it has a coarser texture resulting from a different grinding method.
It is traditionally used as a seasoning to add a distinctive spicy flavor to a wide range of savory dishes.
